We would like to clarify the current mailing addresses to be used for the submission of physical documents to MCNA. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more.

Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) are covered persons in the State of Louisiana Medical Program. Dental providers may serve these patients in their facilities or at an Intermediate Care Facility, depending on the patient's needs and mobility. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more.

MCNA's Provider Portal has been updated to include a new option for adding a Patient Control Number generated by your office to claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals as additional information. Please click here to learn more and get started using this new feature.
