A new version of the Louisiana Provider Manual is now available with an effective date of July 1, 2023. Please go to https://manuals.mcna.net/louisiana to download a copy.

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) recently approved a fee schedule increase effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2023. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more and link to the updated LA Medicaid fee schedule online.

MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be download from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal, or from MCNA's website.

As of June 27, 2023, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required to log in to your Provider Portal account. This step adds an extra layer of security and helps to prevent unauthorized access. Please read our FAQ and step-by-step guide to learn more.
